1972	Jun DENSO International Australia Pty Ltd was established, the first manufacturing facility outside of Japan [21st] Aug Nippondenso (Thailand) Co., Ltd, was established and later was renamed to DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Samrong Plant) in 1996 [22nd]
1975	May PT Nippondenso Indonesia Incorporated was established and later was renamed to PT. DENSO Indoneasia (Sunter Plant) in 1976 [12th]
1976	Nippon Denso Philippines (NDPH) was established and later was renamed to DENSO PHILIPPINES CORPORATION in 1995
1980	Apr Nippondenso (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was established and later was renamed to DENSO (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [3rd]
1987	DENSO Tool & Die (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established to mainly produce die & mold press components.
1991	Nippon Denso Philippines (NDPH) became the main headquarters for the Fujitsu Ten Philippines Corporation
1995	Feb DENSO Wiper Systems (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (DNWSM) was established May Singapore was an ideal location for DENSO's regional function and DENSO International Singapore Pte Ltd (DISP) was established in 1995 as the Regional Aftermarket sales, service, and marketing centre for the Asia Pacific region Oct The Jeco Autoparts Philippines, Incorporated (JAPI) was established in the Philippines DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.'s second plant was established in Bangpakong to support rising levels of production. Mergerd of Nippondenso (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd with Nippondenso Capital Sdn. Bhd. Fujitsu Ten Philippines Corporation was established and started the domestic sales of its products (TNPH)
1996	Jul PT. DENSO Indoneasia's second plant was established in Bekasi Plan to separate the production site for AC compressors.
1997	ASMO Co., Ltd. expanded their market to Indonesia and established PT ASMO Indonesia with speciality in automotive motor product such as Wiper, Throttle Control, Power Window and other auto parts.
1998	Aug Established joint venture with Fuitsu Ten (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which was then renamed to Denso Ten (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in 2019 [11th] Oct DENSO International Asia Pte Ltd (DIAS) was established as the Holding Company and the Regional Headquarter for DENSO companies in the ASEAN-Australia, Taiwan region.
1999	Sep Wheelchairs and Friendship Center of Asia Thailand (Wafcat) was established. [3rd] Fujitsu Ten Solutions Philippines, Inc. (FTSPI) was established by Fujitsu Ten Limited (FTL) and Fujitsu Ten Corporation of the Philippines (FTCP).
2001	Oct DENSO Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. (DMVN) was established. [4th] DENSO International Asia Pte Ltd (DIAS) established manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia with Abdul Latif Jameel Co. Ltd. to manufacture car air conditioners. Helped to further expand business network in the Middle East region
2002	Feb Siam DENSO Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established to produce common-rail systems, high-pressure fuel injectors, and gasoline injectors for sales in 50 countries around the world. [8th] Aug Anden (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established, and later was renamed to DENSO Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in 2020. [26th] Dec DENSO International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established to take care all marketing actvity and later was renamed to DENSO Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in 2008. [25th] DENSO Singapore introduced the first two-way returnable box scheme across countries to deliver automotive parts among the production plants among ASEAN countries.
2003	Apr Siam Kyosan DENSO Co., Ltd. was established to produce auto parts covering fuel pump modules and diesel fuel filters. [4th]
2004	DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.'s third plant. Wellgrow, was established to support the increased production volume, The main products are condensers, radiator, inter cooler, etc.
2005	DENSO Training Academy (Thailand) was established to serve as a training center for associates of Thai DENSO group companies. PT. DENSO Sales Indonesia was established to manage sales, marketing, and distribution efforts, especially for non-automotive products DENSO Techno Philippines Inc. (DTPH) was established
2007	Feb DENSO International Asia Co., Ltd. was established as a regional headquarters for Asia & Oceania operations undertaking business [23rd] Under the concept of "Monozukuri is Hitozukuri", DENSO Training Academy (Thailand) trained and sent employees to participate in international labor skill competitions.They have won the first silver medal in CNC Turning.
2008	DENSO International Singapore Pte Ltd (DISP) and DENSO International Asia Pte Ltd (DIAS) merged to form DIAS
2010	DENSO Sales Middle East and North Africa (DSMN) was established in the United Arab Emirates is to strengthen its business foundation by providing aftermarket products and service for the Middle East and African Region.
2011	PT TD Automotive Compressor Indonesia was established DENSO Sales Middle East and North Africa (DSMN) started sales operations for diesel, car AC and maintenance products
2012	Apr Air Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established to produce and sell pipes and pipe fittings parts for car air-conditioners. [24th] Mar DENSO Sales Middle East and North Africa (DSMN) office was officially inaugurated for MENA Region Fujitsu Ten Ltd.. expanded their product offerings to Indonesia by establishing PT Fujitsu Ten Indonesia, specializing in car audio, head units and navigation systems.
2013	Mar DENSO (CAMBODIA) Co., Ltd. was established Sep DENSO Training Academy Vietnam (DTAVN) was officially opened. The purpose was to advance the skills of young workforce to contribute both to company & society. DENSO Singapore's aftermarket sales division has expanded its reach by investing in "PIT & GO" shops in countries like Myanmar and Cambodia, where there is a significant demand for comprehensive car services, especially for used vehicles. DENSO Sales Middle East and North Africa (DSMN) started to operate independently from DENSO International Asia Pte Ltd (DIAS).
2014	PT. DENSO Indoneasia's third plant. Fajar Plant was established in response to growing market needs after the government's policy at that time called as an LCGC (Low Cost Green Car) DENSO Myanmar Co., Ltd. (DNMM) was established but later closed its operations in February 2021. The Hose Assy production process of DNMM was transferred to DENSO Manufacturing Indonesia (DMIA), with mass production beginning in 2023.
2015	African Operations excluding South Africa were transferred from DENSO International Asia Pte Ltd (DIAS) to DENSO Sales Middle East and North Africa (DSMN).
2016	Apr Toyota Tsusho DENSO Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd .( TDET ) was established. Through a joint venture with DENSO International Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, TDET was established to develop and design software for installation of electronic controlunits in engines across various types of vehicles. [15th] DENSO Wave Singapore Pte Ltd (DWSG) was established.
2017	Oct Sankyo Radiator (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. was established.
2018	MoU signed with the Ministry of Industry Thailand as a collaborative project between Thailand and Japan Government to set up Lean Automation System Integrator (LASI) Training Center at Industrial Transformation Center (ITC) and teach DENSO's Lean Automation Principles to system integrators to escalate Thai industry under the Thailand 4.0 policy. Fujitsu Ten (Singapore) Pte.Ltd became DENSO Ten Singapore Pte Ltd (TNSG)
2019	DENSO Wiper System Malaysia (DNWSM) was established. South Africa Sales & Service Operations were transferred from DENSO International Asia Pte Ltd (DIAS) to joint venture DENSO Sales South Africa (Pty) Limited (DSSA)
2020	DENSO Sales Middle East and North Africa (DSMN), the Nairobi Branch was established in Kenya as a conduit to establish the DENSO presence in the region.
2021	DENSO Ten Singapore Pte Ltd (TNSG) ceased operations in Singapore
2022	Opening of a Next-Gen Greenhouse for smart Farm that produces herbs with an intelligent system modern plant cultivation technology. Proposing the production, trading and use of electricity from renewable energy to reduce carbon diaxide emissions during production process under Thai's government sandbox project in Thailand
