PT. DENSO Indoneasia's third plant. Fajar Plant was established in response to growing market needs after the government's policy at that time called as an LCGC (Low Cost Green Car)
DENSO Myanmar Co., Ltd. (DNMM) was established but later closed its operations in February 2021. The Hose Assy production process of DNMM was transferred to DENSO Manufacturing Indonesia (DMIA), with mass production beginning in 2023.

African Operations excluding South Africa were transferred from DENSO International Asia Pte Ltd (DIAS) to DENSO Sales Middle East and North Africa (DSMN).

MoU signed with the Ministry of Industry Thailand as a collaborative project between Thailand and Japan Government to set up Lean Automation System Integrator (LASI) Training Center at Industrial Transformation Center (ITC) and teach DENSO's Lean Automation Principles to system integrators to escalate Thai industry under the Thailand 4.0 policy.
