DENSO TEN Group formed

DENSO TEN aims to be a mobility solutions partner that forms an interface between people, mobility, and society, and to "keep creating value in mobility toward the realization of a smile-filled mobility society where everyone can feel comfortable and free." To achieve this goal, we intend to provide two kinds of value: improved value for cars and improved value for everyday life. We will create synergy by working on both sides, rather than one or the other, and continue to provide new mobility value by accompanying each individual in every aspect of their life.

In 1972, the Radio Division was spun off from Fujitsu Ltd. to form an independent company, Fujitsu Ten Co., Ltd.
In 2017, following DENSO Corporation’s acquisition of parent company Fujitsu Ten Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary, Fujitsu Ten's Chinese production sites also became part of the DENSO Group.
