6. Chaoli Group established

Chongqing Chaoli Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was established in May 2003 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Chongqing Chaoli Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. In August 2021, Chongqing Chaoli Hi-Tech and DENSO (China) Investment (DICH) jointly financed and restructured Chongqing Chaoli Electric Appliance. With more than 1,200 employees, the company is headquartered in the Liangjiang New District of Chongqing, and has opened R&D centers and manufacturing bases in Shanghai, Nanjing, Qingdao, Yantai, Ningbo, Liuzhou, and Fuling District in Chongqing.

Chongqing Chaoli Electric Appliance has consistently focused on R&D, manufacturing, and sales of automotive thermal management systems, providing highly competitive products for China’s domestic and overseas markets and contributing to the development of the country’s auto parts industry. Its R&D capability is high, with more than 300 patented technologies (including 22 invention patents), more than 120 R&D personnel, and seven other foreign specialists. The company has also introduced information management systems such as SAP, MES, and PLM, and acquired IATF 16949 (quality management system for the automotive industry), ISO 14001 (environmental management system), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management system) certifications. With its well-developed personnel training methods and compensation system, the company has developed over the past nearly 20 years and now it has become a major enterprise specializing in thermal management systems for complete vehicles in the southwest region of China.
