People Who Make Changes is Us
For celebrating the 75th anniversary of DENSO, we published the history of DENSO KOREA. We would like to appreciate all the stakeholders who support DENSO KOREA first.
DENSO KOREA was established as a joint venture with DENSO, Japan in 1976, proceeded to expand business by aggressive investment after 2000, founded DNKA, DNKE, and DIKR in 2013, and has come to the present day with the integration of three companies in 2018.
Looking back on the history so far, there was a time when DENSO KOREA grew brilliantly with the development of the Korean automobile industry. On the other hand, there was a time when all members of our company survived in the rapidly changing environment in unison. Adjusting and reacting flexibly to the changing environment would be the force of our growth.
Today's automotive industry is undergoing an unprecedented transformation represented by CASE. In order for DENSO KOREA to improve, we should learn from our own history of overcoming changing environments numerous times, and the next generation should inherit the attitude of the previous generation. To this end, we hope to share values with all members by organizing the local history of what is “DENSO's culture” and “DENSO KOREA's culture ” and hope to carve out by ourselves.
DNKR has experience of blending different mindsets and work processes by increasing DENSO's capital and merging with three companies.
Moreover, there are also many experienced employees who have been dispatched to DNJP, DIAM, DNEU, DICH, etc. to support their overseas expansion.
To sum up, we are convinced that DENSO KOREA-like – the source of power – is gathering employees with various personalities and experience and continuing to respond flexibly to changes, like Bibimbap, one of the Korean foods.
Lastly, we would like to appreciate everyone who supports DENSO and DENSO KOREA again. We promise that DENSO KOREA will keep up to be a company our customers and society trust and need; all our members will keep endeavoring for it.
