Fight against Covid-19 got together our “Monozukuri “ spirit and creativities in one.
Our passionate engineers came together to tackle this pandemic as a DENSO spirit.
As a expression of the DENSO ‘Spirit’ of consideration towards society, support Doctors, Hospital front line workers, Police, Government officers directly interacting Covid-19 in any form.
Donated 5200 pcs. for medical staff to Gurgaon MCG commissioner office and Local police in other districts like Jhajjhar etc. Additionally we are also producing 5000 pcs for internal team members.

OUR JOURNEY OF FACE SHIELD PRODUCTION
The new virus pandemic all over the world.
Covid-19 cases started rising in India from early March. Indian government announced national lockdown from 25th March. PPE and medical equipment requirement suddenly increased but supply is not enough. Government seeking support from industries to use their resources and technology to fight Covid-19.
Design Concept “Quick contribution & Less stress on users “
It was the idea of DENSO Senior Technical Engineer Devendra Nath Sharma to make Face Shield by recycle material (Pet bottle). He made a simple sample with easily available material to create a usable shield.Finally a team of engineers, purchase and admin members collaborated with one focused intention to produce the Face Shields with various design considerations keeping in mind user convenience.Despite of challenging circumstances over a period of only 2 weeks the team came up with 2 designs of headband for both external use and internal use .
