Lead Associate 1 & 2

Lead Associates are the first level of our technical career path. They are responsible for running and the daily upkeep of our most technical machinery. You will perform complex model change-overs, maintain high quality standards, and perform the initial troubleshooting when the machine experiences problems.

  • Qualification 
    Minimum:
    High level machine operator experience (or relevant experience) that includes fault recovery, data analysis, and quality tool usage

  • Assessment
    STM
    (Pass at Lead level) 

  • Compensation
    Lead Associate I  - $24.00/HR
    Lead Associate II - $27.65/HR
    2nd shift premium - $2/HR
    3rd shift premium - $1/HR
    Sign On Bonus - $1000 for 2nd and 3rd shift
    Commitment Bonus - $3000 (distributed over 3 years if all the requirements are met)
    Compensation information can be changed at anytime depending on the market condition.

    Timeline 
    12-18 months to complete all the trainings to become Lead Associate II









  • Machine Tech

Machine Technician

Machine Technicians are responsible for Preventative Maintenance, technical analysis of repeating machine problems, assisting plant maintenance in complex repairs, and suggesting and making improvements to the machine.

  • Qualification 
    Minimum:
    Lead Associate 2 (or) Equivalent experience and mechanical 

  • Assessment 
    PSI
    STM (Pass at Machine Tech level)

  • Compensation
    Training and Evaluation Period - $25/HR
    After completion of training - $28.20/HR
    2nd shift premium - $2/HR
    3rd shift premium - $1/HR
    Compensation information can be changed at anytime depending on the market condition.

Apprenticeship

Apprentices go through a training process in their path to become a Journeyman learning advanced troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.

  • Qualification 
    Minimum:
    None

    Preferred:
    Machine Tech Experience or Technical Training

  • Assessment
    PSI
    STM (Pass at Machine Tech level)
    3D Spatial Relations
    Hogan

  • Compensation
    $25.15/HR with no previous experience
    Maintain pay rate of last position held if higher than $25.15/HR
    Tuition fee for all the trainings and schooling are paid for by DENSO
    Compensation information can be changed at anytime depending on the market condition

  • Timeline
    8000 hours of On the Job Training plus schooling (Typically 4-6 years to complete)

Skilled Trades Eligibility Program

This program is for internal candidates that have relevant experience and want to post to skilled trades positions but don't have the credentials to apply.

  • Qualification
    Minimum:
    5 years relevant experience

  • Compensation
    Pay level is determined by assessment result.
    Entry Level - $34.40/HR
    Level I - $36.40/HR
    Level II - $38.50/HR
    Level III - $41.50/HR
    2nd shift premium - 7%
    3rd shift premium  - 5%
    Compensation information can be changed at anytime depending on the market condition.

Journeymen are the Mechanics, Electricians, and Tool and Die professionals that specialize in the in-depth troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of the facility, machinery, and tools the company uses to meet the needs of our customers.

    Minimum:
    Journeyman Card or 5 years relevant experiences

    Ramsay

  • Compensation
    Pay level is determined by assessment result.
    Entry Level - $34.40/HR
    Level I - $36.40/HR
