Car Air Conditioner
Bus Air Conditioner
We create comfortable environments inside buses all year long with our fully automatic air conditioners that are friendly both to passengers and to the environment.
Nice to passengers
Performs precise and gentle temperature control in each of six passenger cabin zones
The automatic ventilation control suppresses the ingress of exhaust gas and resulting increase in CO level
Humidity controls prevent window fogging and suppress dryness
A Plasmacluster ion generator keeps the air in the cabin clean
Nice to the environment
A variable capacity compressor and high-performance heat exchanger relower energy loss, improve fuel consumption, and reduce air pollution
A large-diameter condenser fan reduces noise in the area surrounding the unit
We developed an electric heat-pump air conditioning system capable of conditioning large spaces specifically for buses. This system, designed to be environmentally friendly, caters to Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV) and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV).
Plasmacluster ion generator
This Plasmacluster ion generator is installed mainly in the cabin ceiling of buses and trucks.
Plasmacluster technology purifies air in the cabin and offers peace of mind to occupants.
It incorporates two ion generators and ventilation fans each to efficiently release ions into the cabin space.
Features
A slim design that enables installation in the vehicle ceiling
Power supply voltage of 24 V/12 V
Designed for quiet operation in the cabin (low-noise type)
A powerful type available for 24 V vehicles to maximize the amount of ions generated
What is Plasmacluster technology?
(1) Release of ions
Positive and negative ions are produced by plasma discharge and released into the air.
(2) Impact on airborne bacteria and viruses
The ions adhere to airborne molds and viruses, forming OH radicals.
The OH radicals instantaneously remove hydrogen (H) from the protein on the surface to break down the protein.
(3) Production of water and return into the air
OH radicals bond with hydrogen (H) to produce water (H2O), which returns into the air.
The Plasmacluster logo and Plasmacluster are registered trademarks of Sharp Corporation.
Off-highway Vehicles Air Conditioner
Our air conditioners are installed in construction equipment, such as excavators and bulldozers, as well as agricultural equipment, such as tractors and combine harvesters. They demonstrate superior performance, quality, and functionality, even in harsh construction and farming environments with high and low temperatures, severe vibration, and large amounts of dust, and provide a comfortable air-conditioned environment for workers.
Characteristics
Has specifications that are resistant against vibrations, dirt, etc., and is highly durable
Provides performance sufficient for cooling or heating a cabin that requires a high thermal load and is surrounded by glass
Has a compact design, making it possible to be installed without obstructing the vehicle’s field of view
Has structural design with a consideration to maintenance
Truck Refrigerators
Goods and products such as frozen foods are transported safely and securely, from the manufacturer to the consumer, in an environment in which a constant temperature is maintained.
We have a wide product lineup of units for vehicles of all sizes, from light vehicles and minivans to large trucks.
Also, we have prepared a diverse lineup of products, such as two-cabin types (two-cabin temperature management) and standby units, and support for a wide range of temperature zones (freezing, refrigeration, heating) that suit the needs of our customers.
Cost reduction effects
This is a piece of environment-friendly, power-saving technology that utilizes highly efficient refrigeration cycles to eliminate energy waste, reduce the load to the engine, and improve the fuel consumption of the vehicle
Environmental protection effects
We have created small, lightweight, and refrigerant-reducing products by making use of our compressor and heat exchanger technology that we have fostered in our development of car air conditioners
In recent years, motor-driven refrigeration machines, which make use of “motor-driven compressor” technology that is also installed in HV vehicles, have become commercialized
