Miloš Říha: Encourage Inclusivity and Cultivating Positive Environment

Milos joined DENSO in 2007 and gained expertise in operational functions. He is responsible for several departments, including HR, General Affairs, Purchasing, Production/Production Engineering, Quality, Facility, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

Currently, Milos is in charge of the operational section, which is responsible for managing the company's strategic resources, systems, rules, and support functions, all of which are crucial for the company's success.

Macarena Iglesias: Unlocking the Potential of Connections Between People and Machines

Macarena started her journey at DENSO in 2007 as a trainee with a group of 8 European engineers as part of the first generation of the TEC Graduate Development Program. During the program, she worked on various projects at DNCZ, DMUK, DNMN, DNTS, and DNJP, gaining valuable cross-functional international experience.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vigo, she has taken on various roles in Quality and Manufacturing. She began as a Production Supervisor at DNTS in Poirino, Italy, and has led the manufacturing department at DTSP in Vigo, Spain, since 2019.

John La Pierre: Embrace Change to Avoid Stagnation and Reflect on Progress

With over 28 years of experience at DENSO, John La Pierre has worked in various departments since 1996, from finance and accounting to strategic and corporate planning.

Currently, John serves as the director of public relations in Europe. Based in the EU Regional Headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, he is responsible for public relations and collaborates closely with regulatory affairs to strengthen the company's governmental affairs function. Furthermore, he enhances DENSO's reputation and presence among EU institutions in Brussels.

Nebojša Cvetković (Nesh): Implement DENSO’s Principle of Customer Satisfaction

Joined DENSO in 2004, Nesh gained extensive sales experience working at DNBE Toyota Sales and DIAM Ford Sales. He has experience in North America, specializing in developing long-term strategies for advanced mobility, AD/ADAS, and cockpit domains. 

He is currently leading the development of new businesses and services in the EU, particularly emphasizing emerging industries beyond the core automotive sector.

Sönke Marx: Open-Minded Leadership and the Significance of Listening

With extensive experience in electrical engineering and software development, Sönke joined DENSO in 2022, taking on the role of Head of R&D at DENSO ADAS Engineering Services GmbH (DNAE).

Based in Lindau in southern Germany, DNAE develops functionalities for environment detection, measurement, and interpretation 360° around the vehicle and offers solutions for the fusion of multiple cameras, other vehicle sensors and or infrastructure-based systems.

As of 2024, Sönke serves as the Managing Director of DNAE.

 István Tamási: Quality Extends Beyond the Products

István joined DENSO Hungary in 1999 as a Quality Engineer. He worked with both Japanese and non-Japanese carmakers, as well as with several business units, from diesel to electrification.

Steadily, he stepped up the career ladder and took on more responsibilities to manage the Quality Department in Hungary. Today, István serves as the Director of EU Quality & Safety at DENSO International Europe.

Matteo Biglia: Lead by Example and Leverage DENSO's Expertise to Drive Innovation

Matteo began working at Magneti Marelli Climatizzazione in July 1995, right after college. At that time, the company was a partnership, with Magneti Marelli holding 75% and Nippondenso owning the remaining 25%. In 2001, it transformed into DENSO Thermal Systems S.p.A.

Today, Matteo heads the R&D team, concentrating on the future demands of thermal management and comfort from key stakeholders in Europe, which include regulatory authorities, OEMs, and end customers.

Ian Williams: Communication is Key – Listen Carefully, Speak Clearly, and Share Ideas Respectfully

Ian joined Nippondenso Sales UK in 1994 as Engine Management Systems (EMS) Development Engineer, where he developed EMS with numerous customers, like Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo.

Since his early time at DENSO, Ian’s career and responsibility progressed together with the growth of DENSO in Europe. From 2021 until now, Ian served as the Director of EU Powertrain and Electrification Engineering Group.

Vineet Verma: Seize the Initiative and Take Action

Vineet joined DENSO in 1998 at DENSO Faridabad, India. Ten years later, he moved to DENSO Marston Ltd, UK and became DNMN’s President in 2020.

Vineet has acquired extensive experience managing different functions, including Production, Product Design, Quality, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Production Engineering. He is passionate about people and talent development and considers it as the most important factor for DENSO to be successful in the future.
