Judit has spent has spent almost 30 years at DENSO. With her background in Business Administration and initial experience in accounting, she started at DENSO Barcelona in 1996 as a Production Control Planner.

Throughout her career, Judit has taken on several important roles, including positions in Logistics and Warehouse Management, before progressing to her current position as General Manager of Production for Total Industrial Engineering (TIE) & Warehouse as of 2024.

Her vast experience and comprehensive knowledge of DENSO’s operations enable her to oversee manufacturing processes that uphold high standards of quality and efficiency ensuring that products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are cost-effective, all while striving for customer satisfaction.

She is committed to developing talent at DNBA to drive future transformations, prioritize growth, boost productivity, encourage innovation, and strengthen team collaboration, all of which reflect DENSO’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence.

Established in June 1989, DENSO Barcelona is located in Sant Fruitós de Bages, approximately 60 km from Barcelona. The company specializes in manufacturing automotive electronic products and engine control components.

I strongly believe in the power of teamwork. My team's diverse perspectives and shared efforts are key to overcoming challenges and achieving our goals. A recent example was during FY19 when collaboration played a pivotal role in reversing a challenging situation in Quality Assurance. By distributing responsibilities and tapping into the strengths of individual team members, we were able to achieve a significant turnaround.
