To achieve these goals, it is crucial to develop personnel with enhanced information technology skills to align with future modern technologies. The company focuses on the roles of Data Engineer, AI Engineer, and Cloud Engineer, which are essential for developing traceability systems in the automotive and parts supply chain. Additionally, all employees need to have basic skills in Digital Transformation (DX) moving forward.
