Sun Life: Life, Disability, and FMLA Administrator

Effective January 1, 2026 DENSO's life, disability, and FMLA benefits are administered by Sun Life. Below are a few resources to learn about this vendor and how to navigate their system. If you need assistance with a claim, call the dedicated DENSO support line at 833-576-5146 Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM ET. You can also access your claims information at sunlife.com/account. There is no mobile app for Sun Life, however their website is mobile friendly.

Reliance Matrix: Former FMLA, Life, and Disability Administrator

Effective December 31, 2025 Reliance Matrix is no longer the administrator of DENSO's life, disability, and FMLA benefits. However, you may still need information from Reliance Matrix regarding your claims, or they may still administer your open claim. 

FMLA claims without disability are now administered by Sun Life. Call the dedicated DENSO support line at 833-576-5146 for assistance on your claim or visit sunlife.com/account to log into your Sun Life account. See the flyer below for instructions on creating an online account.

FMLA claims with disability that began before December 31, 2025 will be administered by Reliance Matrix until the claim is closed.
