DENSO Announces Organizational and Personnel Changes

KARIYA, Japan. (May. 31 2022) – DENSO Corporation, a leading mobility supplier, today announced changes of organization, executive responsibility, and personnel, effective June 1, 2022.

1. Organizational changes

To clarify organizational roles and responsibilities and strengthen governance, DENSO will separate the Monozukuri Group by functions and reorganize production-related function as the Production Innovation Center and procurement-related function as the Purchasing Group.
