SDM & SKD Organize “Eco Sharing for School #7” Activity

Mr.Tatsuaki Hiratani, Vice President, as a company representative of Siam DENSO Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SDM) and Siam KYOSAN DENSO Co., Ltd. (SKD) presided over “Eco Sharing for School #7”, an activity under the concept of “Let's Save the World Together”. The objective of this activity is to raise environmental awareness and consciousness to students of Wat Ban Kao School and Wat Boonyarasri School.  A total of 116 students ranging from 5th grade to 6th grade participated in the activity. The following are details of Eco Sharing for School #7:

  1. Learning activity about the tree planting practice and the efficient use of resources by recycling and plastic bottle flower pot activity.
  2. Educational activities and Eco-Tourism to learn about the relationship between organism and environment.
  3. Sharing knowledge regarding saving energy and renewable energy at DENSO Eco-Park such as wind energy and solar Energy.

Besides giving the students about environmental knowledge, the companies also promote them to be able to apply their knowledge to their daily lives and transfer the knowledge to family members and others to recognize the importance of environmental preservation.
