On 26 February 2019, the representatives from Siam DENSO Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SDM) and Siam KYOSAN DENSO Co., Ltd. (SKD) received the Excellent Establishment on Labour Relations and Welfare Awards 2018  for 10 consecutive years since 2008. The award was organized by Labour Relations & Welfare Office, Chonburi province, held at Bang Saen Heritage Hotel, as following details ;

- (Photos on the Left) : Ms. Kobsook Intachot, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources department, as SDM’s representative to receive the award from Mr.Thammasak Rattanathanya, Vice governor of Chonburi Province.
- (Photos on the Right) : Ms. Putthima Srihasaiyasit, Assistant General Manager of Corporate Planning department, as SKD’s representative to receive the award from Mr. Thammasak Rattanathanya, Vice governor of Chonburi Province.

These awards are presented to SDM & SKD for the excellent practices with outstanding labour relations management to acknowledge their effort to promote mutual partnership between employers and employees and fair benefit sharing in a bid to promote good labour relations management in Thai private and state-owned enterprises.
