On 22 June 2018, Mr.Yasushi Nakamura, President of Siam DENSO Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SDM) and Mr.Hitoshi Sekine, Managing Director of KYOSAN DENSO Co., Ltd. (SKD) presided over the 1st “Environment Month” of year 2019 under the concept “DENSO Together “Say No Plastic” and “Say No Drugs” for the Sustainability Development. The activities included the exhibition on environment, energy saving, health, drugs, DENSO spirit, safety and sustainability development with the good cooperation from related department organizing the activities.

The activities are aimed to stimulate, increase environmental awareness and understanding of the effects from drug problems. Furthermore, throughout the month of June 2019, SDM & SKD also organized “100% no plasctic bag” of the company’s minimart, mangrove planting activities at Klong Tamru Nature Education Center, Eco and  Safety Sharing for School at Panthong school, 450 trees planting activities to increase the greenery areas in the factory, the waste water management training course for Team Leader  & Supervisor.
