Thai DENSO Group Received the Excellence Award for Labour Relations and Welfare

DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (DNTH), Siam DENSO Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SDM) & Siam KYOSAN DENSO Co., Ltd. (SKD) and DENSO Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (DELT) together with DENSO Thailand Workers’ Union, Siam DENSO and Siam KYOSAN Labour Union and DENSO Electronics Thailand Workers’ Union received the Excellent Establishment on Labour Relations and Welfare Awards 2021. In this regard, DNTH received award for 15 consecutive years, SDM & SKD 16 consecutive years and DELT 8 consecutive years as following details;

    • DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (DNTH), Welgrow Plant

    Mr.Poramate Wisoongthanun, Assistant General Manager of DNTH together with Mr.Samnao Seesard, DENSO Thailand Workers' Union Commitees as a representative received the award on September 21, 2021.

    • DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (DNTH), Samrong Plant

    Mr.Kittipong Srisuksai, Manager of DNTH together with Mr.Tarapong Nunman, DENSO Thailand Workers' Union Committees as a representative received the award on October 4, 2021.

    • DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (DNTH), Bangpakong

    Mr.Rangsan Thongsiri, Assistant General Manager of DNTH together with Mr.Udom Puangpure, Vice Chairman of Welfare of DENSO Thailand Workers' Union as a representative received the award on December 1, 2021.

Ms.Chularat Limsutthipong, Manager of Human Resources as a representatives from Siam DENSO Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (SDM) and Ms.Duangruthai Srichaya, Manager of Safety & Environment as a representatives from Siam KYOSAN DENSO Co., Ltd. (SKD) together with Mr.Phichet Na-u-dom, Chairman of Labour Union and Mr.Boonthin Kamdee, Vice-Chairman of Labour Union received Highest Honor Award – Outstanding Establishment in Labor Relations and Labor Welfare for 16 consecutive year on December 8, 2021.

Ms. Onuma Thasri, Manager of DELT together with Mr. Narong Praphasi, Chairman of Labour Union and Mr. Arthit Phanlert, Secretary of Labour Union as a representative received the award on December 8, 2021.

Labour Relations and Welfare Awards was organized by Department of Labour Protection & Welfare. The award was presented to company who have excellent practices with outstanding labour relations and labour welfare management as well as to promote worker’s value and quality of life.
