DENSO uses Benefitsolver (myDENSObenefits.com) as our online benefits administration platform. This is home to your personal benefits information, HSA/FSAs, beneficiaries, dependents, elections for Open Enrollment, PTO cash out elections, and where you make changes to your benefits or dependents.

The NA Regional Benefits team produces a bi-monthly newsletter with announcements, tips, reminders, and highlights of each of our benefit vendors. Newsletters are posted on the NA DENSO portal and shared with leaders. Ask your supervisor for the latest issue or download each edition here.

The rules, requirements, and options in your benefits package can seem overwhelming or hard to understand. There are several resources available to guide you in navigating your DENSO benefits.

DENSO Benefits Helpline:  Managed by Benefit Advocates, this helpline can help make navigating your benefits much easier.  The advocates know DENSO's benefit plans and are experts in the healthcare field.  The DENSO Benefits Helpline should be your first point of contact if you have any DENSO benefit questions.  Call toll-free at 855-311-2115 or email at denso@benefitadvocates.net.

HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner):  Your local HRBPs are points of contact for all things HR at DENSO.  They can provide assistance with enrollment and answer general questions about your benefits.
