GUELPH, Ontario (Jan. 22, 2024) ― Canada’s Top 100 Employers, a project organized by Mediacorp Canada Inc., has once again recognized DENSO’s Guelph manufacturing facility as a great place to work, including the location in its first-ever list of Southwestern Ontario's Top Employers (2024).

The award comes after the project recognized our Guelph team in November 2023 as a top employer in the Waterloo area for the second straight year.

Similar to previous honors, the competition evaluates employers through a variety of criteria, including workplace atmosphere, employee communication, performance management, community involvement, and training and skills development.

DENSO’s commitment to advancing employees’ careers through apprenticeship, mentoring and leadership programs, as well as its focus on giving back to the community, helped the Guelph team stand out.

“To be recognized by Canada’s Top 100 employers not once, but twice, in a few short months is a testament to our team’s purpose-driven, people-focused approach,” said John Klassen, president of DENSO’s Guelph manufacturing facility. “Our team’s commitment to excellence – in how we work together, in how we support our customers and in how we serve our community – will continue to drive us forward, making DENSO a place where our teammates and company can succeed.”
