Notice of Unauthorized Access to Group Company

DENSO CORPORATION (hereinafter “DENSO”) has confirmed that its group company in Italy and Morocco network was illegally accessed by a third party.

On March 28, 2026, upon recognizing the unauthorized access, DENSO immediately established an internal emergency response, implementing necessary measures with respect to the affected networks and cooperating with external cybersecurity experts to ensure the identification of the scope of the impact and containment of the damage. DENSO has also reported the matter to the relevant authorities and has been providing sequential explanations to affected parties.

As a result of ongoing investigations, DENSO has confirmed that it cannot rule out the possibility that a portion of the information related to DENSO and certain information related to external parties may have been unlawfully extracted by a third party due to unauthorized access.

At this time, no significant impact on production activities or the delivery of products to customers has been confirmed as a result of this incident.

Should new information become available, DENSO will promptly notify affected parties through its website and appropriate channels.
