DENSO Announces Senior Management Changes

KARIYA (Japan) - DENSO Corporation today announced management changes, which were voted upon at today's shareholders meeting. These changes are effective today.

New Directors appointed to the Board:

Koichi Fukaya, Chairman (from Vice Chairman)
Kenji Ohya, Executive Vice President (from Senior Managing Director)

New Corporate Auditor:

Masato Iwase (from General Manager of Legal Department)

New Managing Officers:

Yukihiko Murakami (from General Manager of Sales Planning Department)
Hiroyuki Ina (from Chief Engineer of Electronics Manufacturing Department)
Shingo Kuwamura (from General Manager of Strategic Production Planning Department)

Board of Director and Managing Officer retirements include:

Akihiko Saito (from Chairman)
