DENSO Announces Management Changes
- Changes affect Board of Directors and Executive Directors -
Kariya (Japan) -DENSO Corporation today announced changes to its board of directors and executive directors. Changes will take place after the 89th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 20, 2012.
New appointments for the Board of Directors:
Michio Adachi, Senior Executive Director (from Executive Director)
New Executive Directors:
Kenichiro Kamai (Nippon Soken)
Bunichi Kondo (Tokyo Sales Division)
Masanori Tsuruta (Electronics Engineering Division 1)
Yasuhiro Iida (DENSO Thailand)
Kenichiro Ito (Corporate Planning Division)
Executive Director retirements include:
Yasushi Nei (from Executive Director)
Akihiro Yukawa (from Executive Director)
Hiroyuki Murayama (from Executive Director)
Hitoshi Tasaka (from Executive Director)
