DENSO Purchases All Shares of Shimizu Industry UK

KARIYA (Japan) - DENSO Manufacturing UK Ltd., a DENSO subsidiary that manufactures car air conditioners and heaters, has purchased Shimizu Industry UK Ltd., which manufactures plastic products for car air conditioners and radiators, with effect from 31st January 2013.

As a result of this purchase, Shimizu's Welshpool operations have become part of DENSO Manufacturing UK.
