DENSO Announces Management Changes
- Changes affect Board of Directors and Executive Directors -
Kariya (Japan) -DENSO Corporation today announced changes to its board of directors and executive directors. Changes will take place after the 90th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2013.
New appointments for the Board of Directors:
Masahiko Miyaki, Executive Vice President (from Senior Executive Director)
Hikaru Sugi, Executive Vice President (from Senior Executive Director)
Hiroyuki Wakabayashi, Senior Executive Director (from Executive Director)
Satoshi Iwata, Senior Executive Director (from Executive Director)
