Primary colors

DENSO Red, Crafting Blue and white are our primary corporate colors. We use our primary colors repeatedly to establish brand recognition.
DENSO Red is DENSO's overall brand color. The bright red color illustrates the passion of our employees to solve challenges using new technologies. DENSO Red should always be present on all single-page communication, front covers, posters, ads, front-pages on the web and apps, etc. In illustrations, DENSO technologies and solutions stand out in solid red color.

White space is dominant in the visual expression of DENSO.

Secondary colors

Light gray tones are used for backgrounds.
Darker shades and black are used for text.
Neutral grays may be used to balance the colors in layouts, infographics and charts.

Supplementary colors

The supplementary color palette with its blue and pink hues, natural greens plus complementary purples and warm yellow add a warm, natural and human feel to the overall brand expression. The color scheme visualizes our company vision: "Greater well-being for all".

Usage of supplementary colors

Supplementary colors are used for charts, infographics and as supplementary colors, such as for visually distinguishing between different businesses and focus areas.

Priority 1

The red and blue tones in the supplementary palette are extensions of our primary brand colors. The red and blue tones are the first choice to amplify the brand colors in charts and infographics.

Priority 2

The green colors may be used with the primary brand colors in layouts with specific focus on sustainability and environmental issues.

Priority 3

The purple colors are complementary to red and blue in the color spectrum and may be used as an extra differentiating color.
Yellow colors are used only when relevant and meaningful, such as for communicating solar energy, climate control systems or thermal solutions.
